New patients are booked in for one hour, and subsequent treatment visits are half an hour. Anna feels that it is important to have the opportunity to discuss your problem in detail and that you should not feel rushed by time pressures during your consultations.

Payments must be made at the time of each visit. Receipts will be provided for patients claiming through insurance, but treatment must still be paid for at the time.

Cancellation Policy

 

Re late cancellations and no shows, in the first instance, you will not be charged.

However, if you do this repeatedly, the 2nd time you will be charged a half fee, and from then on, a full fee for any missed appointments and late cancellations.
